Choose a rider drop-off station at checkout, Madina, another nearby station, or DHL / Post Office / FedEx if you're shipping outside Ghana, each with a flat fee. In Accra and want it at your door instead? Pick direct delivery and we'll arrange it with you after checkout.

How delivery works

    You order online

    Pick your packs, sign in, pay via MoMo or card. We confirm by WhatsApp within 30 minutes.

  2. 02

    Choose your drop-off

    At checkout, pick Madina station, any other station, or DHL / Post Office / FedEx if your order is heading outside Ghana. The fee is fixed and shown before you pay.

  3. 03

    Collect, or go direct in Accra

    Collect from your chosen station with a valid ID and your order number, or choose direct delivery in Accra, priced by your exact location and arranged with you after checkout.

  • Why does the price change depending on where I want it dropped?

    The fee reflects how far our rider has to travel, it ranges from GHS 15 for Madina station to GHS 50 for DHL / Post Office / FedEx, which is mainly used for orders shipping outside Ghana.

  • Can I get it delivered straight to my door in Accra?

    Yes, pick "Delivery within Accra" at checkout. It isn't a flat fee, it's priced by your exact location, and we'll confirm the price and timing with you on WhatsApp after checkout.

  • Can I arrange my own pickup instead?

    Yes. If you'd rather sort your own ride, order a Yango (or similar) to collect from our Madina studio once we confirm your order is ready.

  • How do I track my package?

    Once your order is dispatched we WhatsApp you the details. You can also check live status under Account → Orders.
